Downtown Frederiksburg. This is a lovely old German town that reminded me of Frankenmuth, MI. Lots of stores and shops, German food, German bakeries (oh no...there goes that diet) and tons of wild flowers.

Next was our visit to Enchanted Rock State Park.

We loved this place and I would go back if I could. Next stop is the LBJ ranch.
